Dallas Sleep Medicine Specialists will close permanently on Thursday, June 30, 2022.

Dr. Sonya Merrill will be joining the Cooper Clinic located at 12200 Preston Road, Dallas, Texas 75230, on July 1, 2022.

Existing patients, please be advised that your medical records may be obtained most easily as follows:

• Prior to June 23 by contacting the DSMS office

• After June 23 from the physician who referred you to Dr. Merrill, any other physicians to whom you requested your records be sent while under Dr. Merrill’s care, and your DME (durable medical equipment) company in the case of patients using CPAP machines.
